Shipton Residency

Shipton is pivoting to a residency starting January 2026.

Each resident will have 2-3 months of studio time, culminating in a 2 week exhibition.

This residency is open to UK-based and international artists (though housing is not provided).

Residents will be supported through:

– Studio visits with invited curators, collectors, and gallerists.

– Peer exchange with artists exploring related themes and practices.

– Feedback from the Shipton team to help develop new work.

– Exhibition to showcase work developed during the residency.
