INSTANT
DREAM HOME

Bryony Hillman

‘INSTANT DREAM HOME’ offers us ambiguous renderings of modern life, which cultivate a sense of domestic anarchy, or mundane disorder, executed with a bleak and despondent irreconcilability.

Bryony Hillman (b. 2000, UK) is a London born painter, who will graduate from Central Saint Martins this summer. She is a painter of urban landscapes polluted with contemporary artefacts and embellishments. She fuses vulnerable autobiography with blasé observation to explore the peculiar tensions between the depicted, the painted, and the illusory.
