Tattoo, Graffiti & Fine Art
Hackney Wick

Shipton is pleased to present By Any Means Necessary, an exhibition exploring the shared visual language between tattooing, graffiti, and contemporary fine art.

The exhibition brings together artists working across different scenes but connected through gesture, mark-making, and a refusal of traditional hierarchies between “high” and “low” culture.

Across painting, sculpture, and installation, the index trace the movement of imagery from street to studio, examining how underground visual cultures reshape contemporary art.
